Animations
It's possible to make animations using Inkscape.
Inkscape 1.2
Starting with Inkscape 1.2 every page within Inkscape is treated as frame for an animation.
Inkscape 1.1x
In this mode every layer is treated as one frame of the animation.
To do this check in the ILD Render extension in preferences this checkbox:
